Terms and Conditions

A licensed TCL authorized dealer in Kenya. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website, in-store purchases, services, and interactions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to adhere to these T&C.

2. Definitions

  • “Products” – All TCL brand items we sell (e.g., TVs, refrigerators, soundbars).

  • “Services” – Includes product support, delivery, installation, and repairs.

  • “Customer” / “You” – Any individual or entity making a purchase.

  • “Authorized Warranty” – Official TCL manufacturer’s warranty valid in Kenya.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Order Acceptance – All orders are subject to review and final confirmation.

  • Pricing – Displayed prices include Kenyan VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • Payment Methods – We accept MPESA, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (where available).

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Shipping – Deliveries are limited to Kenya. Expected delivery time is within 2 business days unless otherwise specified.

  • Risk & Title – Risk transfers to you upon delivery; ownership transfers once payment clears.

  • Installation – Offered upon request at additional cost; terms specified at time of purchase.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Cooling-off Period – For online purchases, you have 7 days from delivery receipt to cancel, provided the product is unused, with original packaging and receipt.

  • Return Exceptions – Non-refundable items include opened accessories, consumables, and sealed software once unsealed.

  • Refund Process – Refunds are issued within 14 business days after product inspection. Deducted costs may include delivery and restocking fees.

6. Warranty & Repairs

  • Official Warranty – All products come with TCL’s manufacturer warranty valid in Kenya. Warranty coverage periods vary by product category (e.g. TVs 12 months).

  • Warranty Claims – To file a claim, present the original receipt, warranty card, and return product to our physical store or authorized repair center.

  • Exclusions – Warranty does not cover: damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, acts of nature, or modifications.

7. Price Match & Promotions

  • Price Match – We match valid in-store or online competitor offers (Kenya-based authorized TCL dealers) on identical products, if within 14 days of purchase.

  • Promotional Deals – Subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel promotions due to errors or inventory issues.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya). Personal data collected is used primarily for:

    • Handling orders & customer support

    • Warranty administration

    • Marketing (with your consent)

  • Personal data will never be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by product use.

  • Our maximum liability under any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • These limits do not apply to death or personal injury claims or other exclusions under Kenyan law.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and product designs are owned by TCL or its affiliates. Use of these assets is prohibited without express written permission.

11. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts in Nairobi.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these T&C from time to time. All changes become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after updates means you agree to the new version.
